* Make sure you are using the right shampoo. Always get a shampoo that is right for your hair type. A shampoo for dry hair, you smell better, but that does not mean it fits the needs of your hair.
* Change Shampoo often. The hair becomes immune to shampoo for sure if the shampoo has been used for a long time. Try a new, see if you notice any changes.
* Apply hair packs and balms once or twice a week. The more food you provide, the more heathy hair will be.
* Avoid using a hair dryer. It makes the hair brittle and dry scalp which can lead to dendruff.
* Trim your hair regularly. Remove the damaged ends.
Combined with hair conditioners that are homemade prepared in minutes, the effects that you will get will be multiplied.
If your hair has its own style good, look good and healthy all the time and has not been colored or permed, you have normal hair and you should choose a shampoo or conditioner for normal hair.
When you wash your hair, let it hang naturally and rinse well with warm water. Now, the foam required amount of shampoo in hand and apply it to your hair. Work the shampoo into your hair by a gentle massage with your fingers and do not forget to leave hanging naturally. Now rinse and be careful not to rub your hair too web fiercely because at this stage can be easily damaged.
Rinse the shampoo from your hair before applying conditioner. Now apply gentle conditioner and thoroughly and spread evenly over the hair. Leave on for several minutes. When you wash the conditioner, be sure not to rub wet hair.

Take special care when using a hair dryer. Always use wet, towel dry the hair and not try to blow dry hair, when the water is still leaking. Do not overheat your dryer. Hold the dryer in constant motion, because if you concentrate the heat in one place, can permanently damage your hair too.
