What is the best vacuum cleaner for concrete floors?
I am unfamiliar with the brands of vacuum cleaner, vacuum cleaners or even work concrete floor. Basically I'm looking for something that will get all the dust and dirt without having to mop every two weeks.
Not sure about concrete floors, but I just bought a new vacuum cleaner that works great on my tile and brick floors let alone split the rest of the house! I bought a Eureka Boss Vacuum Cleaner. There were accessories to enter cracks and crevices, as well as to dust your furniture and curtains or shades cleaning. All the dirt is sucked up my plants in the "bare floor" setting. Well worth $ 150.00 you paid for it at Lowes!

What do I need to use a device from England in the U.S.?
I purchased an electronic element to be used here England in the United States. It takes some kind of voltage converter before using this product? Would it even work without one if I had the adapter and plugged it directly into an outlet in the U.S.? Thank you!
American English plugs and jacks are not equal. So you need an adapter to convert the British three-prong plug to fit a U.S. plug. More importantly, the United States is 110V. I presumed the device is 220V. Therefore, you need a "step-up transformer otherwise the device will not work on all (or almost nothing).

Scabies is a highly contagious skin condition that occurs due to infestation with parasitic mites. The mite responsible for causing scabies in people is a microscopic organism called Sarcoptes scabiei var. hominis. Although there are many other types of mites that cause scabies in animals that are unable to infest humans.Sarcoptes scabiei var. hominis can be purchased either directly, by contact with infected people or indirectly by contact with contaminated objects. Once they find a human host, scabies mites climb onto the skin and hide in less exposed regions of the body. Scab mites infesting the toes, feet, ankles, knees, genitals, buttocks, back, elbows and wrists. On rare occasions, including scabies mites can infest the scalp and face.
Unless your doctor recommends otherwise, permethrin should be applied only twice, with local applications 5-7 days apart. As in the case of scabies medicines similar application of permethrin not wash the skin for 12 hours. After this time period, permethrin should be removed from the surface of the skin with water non-irritating soap and warm.
